Cool cocktail bar Backbeat (1300 S. Lamar Blvd.) celebrates the holiday with a shrimp boil. Backbeat will be serving cocktail and beer specials all day, featuring libations from Friends & Allies Brewing, Old Forester Bourbon and Brooklyn Gin. Advance tickets are $20 and $25 at the door.
