Say what you want about brunch, but I don’t understand why more places don’t offer it on both Saturday and Sunday. What’s the difference? Anywho, Chicon may have been thinking the same thing because the restaurant from the Contigo owners is adding Saturday brunch this weekend. I am not a brunch fanatic, but this is one of my favorites in town. It includes their excellent burger, fried chicken, smoked trout taco, the best banana bread I’ve had in Austin and more. Saturday brunch, as with Sunday brunch, runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
