Some of the best sushi in town will soon be available for lunch. Kyōten Sushiko (4600 Mueller Blvd. #1035) begins its lunch service Thursday. The restaurant helmed by chef Otto Phan will serve lunch Tuesday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Phan will offer counter-service, delivering the sushi rolls and bowls that helped make his original East Austin trailer so popular, along with raw salad bowls. But with only 26 seats available at lunch, takeaway orders are encouraged. See the full lunch menu here.

Until this week, Kyōten had only offered its dinner omakase service.
